Hello everybody! This recipe we present today it is not the healthiest but it’s on that right track. This skinny version of chicken parmesan is loaded with veggies yet with a flavor profile that is familiar, this version will still leave you feeling satisfied.
You will nedd:
For the Chicken: 4 each chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), 3 each provolone cheese slices, ½ tsp each (onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano) and salt and pepper.
For the Chunky Veggie Marinara: 2 each zucchini, 1 each carrot, handful grape tomatoes, 29 oz tomato sauce, 3 oz tomato paste, ¼ cup ped wine, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ cup parmesan cheese, 6 ea roasted garlic pieces and fresh cracked pepper.
